Oasis For Girls is seeking a dynamic social justice leader as our new Executive Director to continue 20+ years of successful programming with BIPOC girls in high school from under-resourced communities in San Francisco. 

The Executive Director will drive organizational impact and innovation by building effective partnerships with key stakeholders; supporting a diversified fundraising effort (current budget $1M); leading a 5 person team and mentoring a dedicated staff, and partnering with a vibrant Advisory Board.
